When the logistics information shows that the package has been signed for but you have not received your product, your item may be in your mailbox. This is because small packages are often placed in the mailbox by the courier. If you cannot locate the package in your mailbox, please check your yard or ask your neighbors, as they may have been given the delivery. Please let us know if you are still unable to find the package.

Regarding the image preview, if there appears to be blank space, the final printed backdrop will reflect this. To ensure the entire backdrop is covered, please thoroughly fill the image area so that no white space remains visible. If you are unsure how to adjust the image, feel free to leave a message or let us know, and we will be happy to assist you.

The recommended minimum image resolution for our backdrops is 1000x1000 pixels. However, if you would like a larger backdrop size, please upload an image with a higher definition to ensure the best quality. Our backdrops are available in various sizes to accommodate different image proportions, including round shapes.

We offer two shipping options to ensure timely delivery of your custom backdrop. Our standard shipping option will deliver your backdrop within 15-20 days. Additionally, we collaborate with faster logistics providers, allowing you to receive your custom backdrop within 5-10 days.

If you receive your backdrop and notice some wrinkles, there are a few steps you can take to remove them. Firstly, try ironing the back of the item with a steam iron to effectively remove any folding lines. Alternatively, you can hang the backdrop for a few days or roll it up tightly with a cylinder for 3-4 days, which should help it regain a fresh, unwrinkled appearance. If you prefer a material that is less prone to wrinkles, you may want to consider our Polyester Fabric Personalized Backdrop option.

Each package includes a single custom backdrop. The backdrop stand is not included.
